We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away.
UK orders will arrive within 30 days.
International orders are generally received in under 30 days.

Returns Policy
We are committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers.
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund.
You have a 7 working days cooling off period from the day after the goods were received - during this time you may return the goods for a full refund, no questions asked.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days.
You may send your cancellation notice by hand delivery, post, fax or email.
You must cancel within 7 days of delivery of your goods, quoting your Order Invoice Number.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and must not use them.
You must return the goods complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition to us at your cost and we advise you to adequately insure the goods during any return journey.
If you are unable to return the goods within 21 days you must contact us to arrange a collection which will be at your cost.
Please note that you have no right to return goods under the UK Distance Selling Regulations if you are a business customer.
